The Autumn Milky Way
On the night before the new moon the stark silhouette of a hawthorn tree highlights the Milky Way as it passes above St Michael’s Tower and the Tor. Although I was completely alone at the foot of the Tor that night, I definitely felt an unearthly presence nearby.
