Reflected Glory

On a sultry July afternoon, Wells Cathedral creates its mirror image in the calm waters of the reflecting pool in the Wells Garden at The Bishop’s Palace. The Wells Garden contains the wells from which the city gets its name. This is a peaceful space with lawns, flower borders and shady pools containing the water gushing up from the springs.
